How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for metropolitan cities and 5-7 business days for the rest of India. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
What is the warranty policy on Mokobara products?
Our luggage comes with a limited 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in wheels, handles, and zippers. Backpacks and accessories typically carry a 1-year limited warranty.
Does Mokobara offer a return or exchange policy?
Yes, we offer a 14-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return or exchange through our returns portal.
